New sanatorium in Avaza represents the best medical technologies for recovery

Sling therapy, mechanotherapy, acupuncture, treatment with cold, mineral and sea water - all these and other health services are being provided to the guests of the newly opened "Avaza" sanatorium in the tourism zone of the same name on the Turkmen coast of the Caspian Sea.
The complex is located on 19 thousand square meters and is able to simultaneously receive up to 200 visitors. The facility has a vertical well depth of 600 meters, from the depths of which iodine-bromine water is fed into special baths and pools.
The most unusual procedure, available for visitors to the health center, is sling therapy, also called "limb therapy". It is used to treat various diseases (hernia, scoliosis, etc.), but it will also be useful to people with "sitting" work.
The essence of the procedure is that the entire body of the patient or some parts of it are hanged in the air on special straps. In this state, he needs to perform simple exercises that increase stamina, strengthen deep muscles, relax the muscles and generally improve health, maintain a good physical shape.
In the spa department of the sanatorium, an unusual cold treatment service is provided. The procedure is carried out in special cryocameras, inside of which air is supplied from -60 to -120 degrees Celsius, activating the body's opportunities for improving internal organs.
The department of physiotherapy of the health resort has a cabinet of electrotherapy. The essence of this method of recovery lies in the fact that specialists direct dosed electric currents to the body, stimulating the body with magnetic and electromagnetic fields, which increase muscle activity, relieve pain in tissues that improve metabolic processes.
Insomnia, neuroses and disorders of the endocrine system in patients is threated in the acupuncture room - a contentious treatment frightening by the procedure, but very useful for those who for one reason or another face severe stress.
All branches are equipped with the newest equipment, mainly of German production, which will provide wide possibilities of doctors and comfort of patients.
The Avaza Sanatorium will provide a very wide range of medical and preventive services for people of all ages. Also visitors will have an outdoor pool, cafeteria, sports grounds for football, tennis and basketball, a billiard room, an Internet cafe and a library.
On the four floors of the nine-storeyed health resort there will be single and double rooms, including for people with disabilities, as well as the "luxury" class.
