Women of Turkmenistan received holiday greetings from President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov
The President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulated women and girls of the country on International Women’s Day. Having noted such qualities of women as patriotism, wisdom, sensitivity, sincerity, selflessness, devotion, tact and courtesy, the President expressed confidence that these qualities are an example of high morality and nobility. The head of state called the education of growing generation in the spirit of patriotism as the basis for transformations in Turkmenistan. “… We highly appreciate the merits of our dear mothers, all women in educating the younger generation in the best traditions of the national pride and high humanism. We are immensely proud of their successful contribution, participation in the implementation of widespread transformations in our independent country, work in state, government and administrative agencies, in different branches of economy, in the fields of science, education, culture and health, in the successful implementation of national programs,” Berdimuhamedov continued. Having reminded the ancient tradition of the Turkmen people – respect for mothers, girls, women, the President of the country spoke about providing the women of Turkmenistan with benefits, creating the necessary conditions for a decent life and work, ensuring gender equality in the country, respecting the rights and interests of women, supporting families and motherhood. “Once again, I sincerely congratulate you on the wonderful spring holiday – International Women’s Day! I wish you good health and happiness, prosperity to your family and wish your life always be as wonderful as a lovely springtime! May your friendly faces always be effulgent like spring!” Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said in conclusion.
