Turkmenistan's youth lit new stars: the final of the vocal competition was held in Ashgabat
The final round of the popular singing TV competition "Yaňlan, Diýarym!" ("Sing, my Fatherland!") was held in the capital's Music Center "Ashgabat". The final was attended by 14 vocalists who became the best in the preliminary selection stages.
This annual competition, held as part of the prestigious award of the President of Turkmenistan "Türkmeniň Altyn asyry", has long been a springboard for young talents. The competition was held in three stages, where the participants demonstrated their vocal talent, performing both folk songs and modern compositions.
