President of Turkmenistan Approved a Series of Appointments in the Judicial System
The President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, Army General Serdar Berdimuhamedov,held a regular meeting of the State Security Council, during which he signed a Decree on the appointment and release of judges of Turkmenistan’s courts and the assignment of their qualification classes.
According to the document, Yusup Hudayberdiyev was appointed as judge of the Garagum District Court of Mary velayat, with release from his position as judge of the Etrek District Court of Balkan velayat.
Other appointments include:
Shamuhammet Nurmuhammedov appointed judge of the Bagtyyarlyk District Court of Ashgabat, with the 5th judicial qualification class.
Islam Sadykov appointed judge of the Kopetdag District Court of Ashgabat, with the 5th judicial qualification class.
Ogulnar Nuryagdyyeva appointed judge of the Tejen District Court of Ahal velayat, with the 5th judicial qualification class.
Mekan Meredov appointed judge of the Baherden District Court of Ahal velayat, with the 5th judicial qualification class.
Oguljennet Torayeva appointed judge of the Court of Turkmenbashi city, Balkan velayat, with the 5th judicial qualification class.
Sylapgeldi Agamyradov appointed judge of the Esenguly District Court, Balkan velayat, with the 5th judicial qualification class.
Dowletmyrat Hojagulyyev appointed judge of the Court of Dashoguz city, Dashoguz velayat, with the 5th judicial qualification class.
Rustem Mammedov appointed judge of the Koytendag District Court, Lebap velayat, with the 5th judicial qualification class.
Jeren Hojayeva appointed judge of the Court of Mary city, Mary velayat, with the 5th judicial qualification class.
Additionally, the Decree assigns the 5th judicial qualification class to several newly appointed judges.
During the meeting of the State Security Council, the results of the activities of the military and law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan for January–August of this year were also summarized.
