New textbooks for the education system of Turkmenistan
The State Publishing Service of Turkmenistan has released three new textbooks, marking an important step in the country's educational development. These publications aim to support the implementation of modern programs aligned with state initiatives in healthcare, digitalization, and international cooperation.
"Food Product Hygiene"
As part of the state program "Health," the textbook "Food Product Hygiene" has been published for higher education institutions. Developed by J. Annanurov, A. Myradova, Sh. Garajayev, and S. Mämmetsähetova, the manual consists of two sections. It covers the fundamentals of healthy eating, the energy value of foods, and sanitation and hygiene requirements for food products. The textbook will be useful for students, teachers, and specialists in public catering and healthcare.
"Modeling and Graphics"
The textbook "Modeling and Graphics" has been released for 11th-grade students in general education schools with Russian as the language of instruction. Its publication is linked to the transition to a 12-year education system and the implementation of the Digital System Development Concept. The manual includes sections on models, modeling in a graphical environment, and design, helping students master modeling skills and develop research abilities.
"Italian Language"
With the goal of improving foreign language instruction, the textbook "Italian Language (II Foreign Language)" has been published for 9th grade. Authors Sh. Merdanova, K. Myradova, and A. Babayeva developed the manual in accordance with the approved curriculum. The textbook includes six sections that introduce students not only to grammar but also to the cultures of Turkmenistan and Italy. Special exercises and dialogues are designed to develop reading, writing, and free-flowing communication skills in Italian.
