On August 19, 2025, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Byashimova met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine to Turkmenistan Rana Abu Hijleh.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current issues of cooperation between the two countries in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian fields.

Rana Abu Hijleh on her own behalf and on behalf of the leadership of the State of Palestine, expressed gratitude to the leadership of Turkmenistan for the humanitarian assistance provided to the Palestinian people.

At the end of the meeting, the interlocutors confirmed their commitment to the further development of the partnership.
