Turkmenistan exports gas and textiles: commodity exchange reports trading results

During the past week, 48 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.
For foreign currency, businesses from Afghanistan and Uzbekistan purchased liquefied gas produced by the state concerns "Türkmengaz" and "Türkmenhimiýa." Additionally, cotton yarn and greige fabric were sold for foreign currency to buyers from the United Kingdom and Kyrgyzstan. The total value of these international deals exceeded $4.038 million.
On the domestic market, Turkmen business people purchased base oil and road bitumen from the "Türkmennebit" State Concern, as well as cotton yarn and handmade carpets. The total value of these domestic transactions was over 97 million manats.
