Google introduces Gemini 2.5 Pro Deep Think: the most powerful version of the model
Google has released a new language model, Gemini 2.5 Pro Deep Think, which is the most powerful version of Gemini to date. This model is designed to solve complex problems requiring deep reasoning and is available with the Gemini Ultra subscription for $250 per month.
The main feature of Deep Think is its architecture. The model uses multiple AI agents that simultaneously explore various approaches to solving a problem. A special critic module then selects or combines the best options to achieve the optimal result.
A specially trained version of the model won a gold medal at the 2025 International Mathematical Olympiad; however, it will only be available to a select group of mathematicians. Google compared Deep Think's performance to other Gemini 2.5 versions but did not conduct tests against competitor models such as GPT o3 Pro and Grok 4 Heavy.
