Italian TV Channel Rai Tre once again presented tourist Turkmenistan
On February 21, the Italian Channel Rai Tre showed a colorful video about Turkmenistan in the Kilimangiaro TV program, which airs every Sunday evening. The program usually presents travel documentaries shot in different parts of the world. It also features well-known show business characters, cultural figures, and often displays performances by choreographic, theater, and circus troupes from around the world.
The video about Turkmenistan contains visual and textual information about the most impressive sights of Ashgabat, Merv and Kunyaurgench, as well as tells about the mosque in Danev as a place of mass pilgrimage.
The authors of the video did not overlook one of the main tourist attractions of Turkmenistan – the gas crater in Darvaza, telling about the history of its origin. In the film, the viewer can see the state symbols of Turkmenistan, people in national clothes, outstanding historical and cultural monuments of various eras, and beautiful natural landscapes, which all together create a bright and original image of the country.
The third channel of the state broadcasting corporation Rai - Rai Tre is more focused on the socio-cultural direction of broadcasting compared to the first two. This is a universal TV channel with a wide genre spectrum, which is characterized by cognitive and socio-cultural content.
The evening air of last Sunday is not the first acquaintance of the Italian public with Turkmenistan. According to the results of a viewer poll, Rai Tre TV channel called Turkmenistan to be the best travel destination in the History category in 2018.
