Bilateral meetings aimed at developing partnerships continue on the sidelines of the Third UN Conference in Avaza and various parallel events.

As part of the forum, a delegation of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan, in particular, head of the Department of Public Finance and Economic Policy Galina Romanova, held talks with World Bank's Chief Economist for Transport Alexander Prodan.

The parties discussed issues of forming a coordinated policy on investment, creation and development of international transport corridors. The focus was on the financial and economic aspects of the implementation of projects aimed at expanding the global market for freight and passenger transportation.
