Ashgabat connoisseurs entered the top ten of the School League Cup

The final stage of the first open international online intellectual game tournament in 2021 School League Cup summed up the results.
According to the results of the eliminatory game, Ashgabat was to be represented only by Leili team, consisting of students of the Joint Turkmen-Russian secondary school named after Pushkin.
But during the time that separated the preliminary round meeting and the final, the organizers of the cup found that some participants violated the rules of fair play and used the help of experienced experts during the eliminatory round. As a result, there were made decisions to change the composition of its participants.
As a result, Ashgabat received an additional place in the main game of the tournament. The vacancy was filled by Mozgi team, also representing the Pushkin School. The host of the game that decided the fate of the cup in Ashgabat was a teacher of History Roman Magomedov, the practiced adept with many years’ experience in intellectual games.
Both Ashgabat teams had a great final and showed very decent results. The guys from Leili who found the correct answers to 23 of the 36 questions took the seventh place according to the results of the tournament. Mozgi, who answered correctly to 21 questions, was the ninth. In general, the participants in the final table are very close to each other. Well, and the team from St. Petersburg exulted in its victory with a score of 28 points.
