Triumph of Turkmen Taekwondo Players in the South Asian Championship in Nepal

The first day of the VI South Asian & Open Taekwondo Championship that is holding in the city of Kathmandu Nepal, was a triumph one for athletes from Turkmenistan. Our team won a gold!Altyn ASHYROVA
Taekwondo players Serdar Hydyrov (black belt, 1 dan), Goshaniyaz Durdiyev (black belt, 2 dan), Orazmyrad Charyev (black belt, 3 dan) and Annamyrad Goshaniyazov (black belt, 4 dan) became the best in the category “Individual tule”, demonstrated a complex of attacking and defensive movements that performed in a logical sequence more accurate that their opponents.
The judges were impressed with the performance of Turkmen sportsmen in the category “Group Tule”, in which Gaygysiz Atabayev, Serdar Hydyrov, Goshaniyaz Durdiyev, Orazmyrad Charyev and Annamyrad Goshanyiazov synchronously performed a number of complex techniques.
There are two days more of challenger for the champion’s title. The Sparring or matseogi included in the competition also.
Final of the championship will be held on July 15.
