Specialists at Penza State University (PSU) have developed a unique system for comprehensive human health assessment. This innovative development integrates traditional medical indicators with the influence of regional environmental factors and the patient's psycho-emotional state for the first time. According to the developers, this approach will enable effective disease prevention and significantly enhance the population's quality of life.

The PSU system augments health assessment with a detailed ecological component. This includes monitoring physical factors (e.g., noise, electromagnetic radiation), biological factors (presence of pathogenic bacteria and microorganisms in soil and water), and chemical factors (concentration of impurities in water, air, soil). Particular emphasis is placed on the examinee's psycho-emotional state, with their stress levels also considered by the program.

Operating the "Health+" system is straightforward: a physician inputs basic patient data (region, city, SNILS (individual insurance number), gender, and age). Information from pre-completed tests and questionnaires—covering chronic diseases (personal and familial), physical activity, sleep duration, harmful habits, and stress levels—is automatically loaded. Environmental data is automatically sourced from government ecological service websites, along with information on the region's quality of life (income, employment, demographics). The physician then receives a color-coded histogram on screen, providing a clear visual assessment of the patient's health status.

This development represents a valuable tool for precise diagnosis. It allows physicians to account for numerous factors affecting health, making the assessment highly personalized and comprehensive. The program has already received state registration certification, confirming its official recognition and readiness for implementation.
