“Türkmennebit” accelerates development of new fields
In Turkmenistan increasing the pace of developing new oil and gas fields as part of "Program for the Development of the Oil and Gas Industry of Turkmenistan until 2030". The attraction of foreign investment and the use of modern technologies are inspiring industry specialists to achieve new production milestones.
Employees and specialists from the structures of “Türkmennebit” in the Balkan Velayat are actively developing fields and increasing hydrocarbon production. Particular attention is currently being given to the Uzynada field, where work is proceeding at a high pace.
According to the newspaper "Turkmenistan" drillers from the "Ekerem" department exceeded their planned targets during the first six months of this year. They drilled 24,369 meters of rock, which is 2,677 meters more than the planned volume, achieving 112.3% of their target. Of the total, 21,169 meters were drilled for operational purposes, and 3,200 meters were for exploration.
