Turkmenistan has established comprehensive conditions to ensure that children grow up in an atmosphere of care, love, and attention. The state provides them with opportunities for complete relaxation, quality education, the development of creative abilities, and their emergence as broad-minded, healthy, and devoted citizens. Such comprehensive support for the younger generation is a source of particular pride for parents, educators, and all professionals in the field of education.

During the summer holidays, educational institutions across the country actively organize various events to enable children to relax in health and recreational centers, as well as to spend their time engagingly and beneficially. One such example is the event titled "Nature is Our Home" which took place on June 5th, World Environment Day, at the "Gara altyn" children's health center. It was conducted by Dondi Durdyyeva, a librarian from M. Geldiyev Secondary School No. 34 in Hazar village, Balkan velayat, for children vacationing at the center.

The event encompassed: a discussion with educators about the beauty of Turkmen nature, the importance of its preservation, and the impermissibility of harming the environment; a drawing competition based on Turkmen folk tales reflecting natural beauty and the surrounding world, where participants received encouraging gifts; and a nature walk, allowing children to directly engage with the natural environment.
