TSACI among the best: National ranking winners honored
On July 2nd, a formal awards ceremony was held at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute to recognize the winners of the annual ranking assessment of higher education institutions in Turkmenistan. This assessment, conducted in accordance with the "Regulations on the Ranking Assessment of Higher Education Institutions of Turkmenistan" (approved by Order No. 246 of the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan on July 27, 2024), was carried out by a national online system that collects and analyzes data in real time.
The ranking system evaluates all aspects of higher professional education based on 53 criteria across 6 main areas. It considers the activities of not only the higher education institutions themselves, but also their faculties, departments, and the quality of their teaching staff.
Based on the assessment results, the institute secured 4th place in the overall score among all higher education institutions in the country and 3rd place in terms of the number of faculty and students.
Beyond the institute's overall results, the Faculty of Chemical Technology achieved 2nd place among faculties, the Languages Department was awarded 3rd place among departments, and Sahetgylych Gylyjov, a senior lecturer and head of the Higher Mathematics Department, secured 2nd place among university lecturers.
During the awards ceremony, valuable gifts were presented to the winners by the institute's trade union committee.
