“Turkmenaragatnashyk” agency initiates applications for "Digital Solution – 2025" competition
The “Turkmenaragatnashyk” Agency has launched the "Digital Solution – 2025" innovative projects competition, aimed at fostering the development of digital technologies in Turkmenistan. Registration for participation in the competition commenced today, July 1st, on the website of TC Turkmen “Telecommunication” telecom.tm.
The competition encompasses pertinent domains such as: artificial intelligence; robotics and automation; smart agrotechnologies; smart city; digital medicine; e-education; and digitalization of the service sector.
According to the Competition Regulations, projects must adhere to the following criteria: Relevance and implementability; Innovativeness in the field of communications and telecommunications; Economic efficiency; Quality and user-friendliness; Design aesthetics; Compliance with legislation; Originality (plagiarism is prohibited); Availability of source code for software Participation is open to individuals or groups of up to three persons. The competition is open to youth.
To participate, applicants are required to submit:

The "Digital Solution – 2025" innovative projects competition seeks to identify and support talented youth, as well as to promote advanced technologies within the national economy.
From July 1st to October 1st, 2025, interested participants may submit their projects electronically via the official website of IE Turkmen Telecommunication, telecom.tm.
Submitted ideas and developments will be evaluated based on their novelty, practical significance, and potential for implementation across various economic sectors.
The winners of the competition will be announced during the XVIII International Exhibition and Scientific Conference "Türkmentel – 2025". The official award ceremony will take place at the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan (Ashgabat, Chandybil Avenue, 143).
