Turkmen Delegation Participates in the Opening of the "Marrakech – OIC Youth Capital 2025" Program
On Monday, the official opening of the international program “Marrakech – OIC Youth Capital 2025” took place in Marrakech under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
The event marked the beginning of a series of activities that will run until December 5. The opening ceremony was attended by Youth Ministers from the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), representatives of international and regional organizations, cultural and youth policy figures, as well as officials from Morocco and other countries.
Among the attendees was the Turkmen delegation, which took part in both the opening ceremony and the scheduled events.
The program commenced with the First Youth Forum on the theme “Youth of the Islamic World: Post-COVID-19 Challenges.” The forum aimed to foster innovative solutions among young people in times of crisis.
The selection of Marrakech as the Youth Capital was approved by Decision No. 2023/011 of the Executive Council of the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF) on November 10, 2023, in Istanbul.
