Turkmenistan is actively developing its system for providing state services in electronic format. Currently, approximately 150 services are accessible online through the unified Public Services Portal — e.gov.tm.

This portal enables citizens to remotely access services across various sectors, including: Communications; Education; Healthcare; Passport Issuance; Transport, Logistics, and Customs Services; Utilities; Economy, Banking, and Finance; Legal Aid; Family and Children; Employment; Advertising Services; Licensing; Sports and Culture; State Register of National Electronic Communication Systems; Online Judicial Services.

Each section consolidates a range of services relevant to its theme, allowing citizens and organizations to resolve numerous issues remotely. These services span from obtaining certificates, licenses, and documents to submitting applications and accessing various types of information and data.

The e.gov.tm portal aims to simplify the process of obtaining public services and enhance their accessibility for all residents of the country.
