Razer has unveiled the BlackWidow V4 75% Barebones, its inaugural mechanical keyboard supplied without keycaps or switches. This model is specifically designed for users who wish to independently select and install their preferred components.
Essentially, this is a version of the popular BlackWidow V4 75% but without pre-installed switches. This approach allows customization enthusiasts to retain Razer's signature design and Chroma RGB lighting while enjoying complete freedom in choosing mechanical switches and keycaps.
The keyboard supports both 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical switches, providing extensive personalization options. A reported polling rate of up to 8000 Hz is achieved through Razer HyperPolling Technology. To enhance user comfort, the keyboard features factory-lubricated stabilizers and a dual-layer foam dampening system designed to reduce high-frequency noise.
