Trips around the city - an important part of a work schedule of the president of Turkmenistan
How the building of some important objects goes on, how the social infrastructure of the capital of Turkmenistan will change and how the work on breeding of the Turkmen alabay dogs passes - all these issues served occasion to the trip of president Berdimuhamedov around Ashkhabad and its vicinities. First of all having taken an interest in the state of work on erection of some objects which are under construction to the order of the International association «Turkmen alabay itleri», the president familiarised with the general layout and scheme of a complex of the association, various variants of separate architectural details, and also with projects of sculptures of alabay dogs. Then Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the building site of the complex of objects with a shopping centre which should be put in operation to the 30th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan. The president suggested naming the new complex "Ashkhabad". The head of the country focused his attention on modern apartment houses under construction in this part of the city. Further Berdimuhamedov visited the southern part of the Turkmen capital where all recent years the business centre of Ashkhabad has been successfully formed. Here the president inspected the building of new buildings of the State commercial bank "Turkmenbashi" and Joint-stock-commercial bank "Senagat". During the trip around the city the Turkmen leader also attached due attention to issues of qualitative transport services for residents of Ashkhabad.
