Opportunities of Turkmen export of lubricants to be presented at the international forum in Moscow

The key parameters and specifics of the markets of base oils and lubricants of Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Georgia and Armenia will be discussed within the framework of the IX “International Lubricants Week”, which will be held in Moscow on October 9-12, 2018. The event will also host the International Conference “Lubricants production and market – 2018”, “Global Summit on Plastic Lubricants – 2018” and specialized exhibition where the latest equipment from well-known manufacturers will be presented. Traditionally, the delegates of the largest industry event will be the leading manufacturers of lubricating oils and additives, lubricants and lubricating-cooling liquids, as well as large consumers of this product. The main producer of lubricating oils in Turkmenistan is the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TKNPZ), where the construction of a catalytic isode-paraffinization unit is planned, which will be used to reduce the pour point of Group II + and III + base oils. According to the State Statistics Committee of Turkmenistan, in 2017, the value of exports of Turkmen lubricants increased 9.1 times compared to 2016.
