Production of "Nesil" brand copper cables established in Turkmenistan
In accordance with the state policy of import substitution, the production of high-quality, affordable goods for the domestic market is actively developing within the country. Since the beginning of the current year, the production of insulated copper wires for electrical networks, fully compliant with modern international technological requirements, has been launched in Turkmenistan.
Production has been established at the enterprise of the private company "Synmaz nesil" which manufactures cable products under the "Nesil" trademark. The collective comprises experienced specialists with international-level training. All manufactured products are certified and conform to the State Standards of Turkmenistan. At all stages of production, strict adherence to industrial, labor, fire safety, and environmental protection requirements is maintained.
Previously, insulated copper cables were imported from abroad. The mastery of domestic technologies has made it possible not only to satisfy domestic demand but also to offer products competitive in quality and price. Cables under the "Nesil" brand are distinguished by high mechanical and electrical resistance and are safe for use in both domestic and industrial settings, lighting systems, and other areas where electrical energy is applied.
The production complex is equipped with modern machinery and encompasses a complete processing cycle: from raw material processing, copper refining, and smelting to the production of semi-finished products, and subsequently to insulation and finished cable products. Advanced conductor insulation technologies, resistant to various external influences, are employed.
The plant produces various types of insulated copper wires and cables, including those conforming to international TTR and NYM standards. The product range includes wires with polyvinyl chloride and polyethylene insulation, both shielded and unshielded, with copper or tinned conductors, as well as installation cords with nylon braiding.
Finished products undergo thorough quality control and are introduced to the market at affordable prices. "Nesil" brand cables are intended not only to meet the needs of the domestic market but also to occupy a worthy position in the international arena, competing with leading global manufacturers in all quality parameters.
