International Forum "Commonwealth of Fashion" to be held in St. Petersburg
Registration is open for the IV International Forum "Commonwealth of Fashion", which will be held on November 17-19 in the Tauride Palace in St. Petersburg. This international cultural and economic project brings together representatives of the light industry and creative industry, relevant ministries and departments, educational institutions from the CIS countries and other countries.
The project of the architecture of the business program of the forum includes 6 thematic tracks. On the eve of the main program, a "youth day" will be held, which will focus on the professional development of young specialists in the field of fashion and design. Simultaneously with the preparation of the forum, a series of network events of the "Commonwealth of Fashion" are being implemented at major industry sites, according to the website of the Interparliamentary Assembly (IPA) of the CIS.
The Commonwealth of Fashion forum has been held since 2022. Last year, it was attended by more than one and a half thousand representatives of the light, textile, leather, footwear industries and creative industries, government bodies, specialized educational institutions, experts from 60 regions of Russia, as well as from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and other countries. The forum program includes exhibitions, round tables and fashion shows, where Turkmen designers presented their clothing collections in the national style.
