Turkmentextile Expo: Ashgabat to become a center of attraction for textile industry experts
The international exhibition and fair "Turkmentextile Expo-2025" will be held in the capital of Turkmenistan from June 11 to 13, which is expected to bring together leading experts and representatives of the textile industry from around the world. Deputy Prime Minister Nokerguly Atagulyev reported on the preparations for this important event at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on Friday, May 23. The large-scale event will host enterprises of the textile industry of Turkmenistan, members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs working in this area, as well as numerous foreign companies interested in cooperation.
The program "Turkmentextile Expo-2025" provides not only for the demonstration of achievements, but also for the creation of a platform for knowledge sharing and establishing business contacts. Fashion shows from local and foreign designers, as well as specialized master classes covering both historical textile techniques of Central Asia and the most modern production processes are planned.
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, having heard the report on the preparation, emphasized the high potential of the country's textile industry and the demand for its products on the world market. He also noted the importance of actively introducing advanced technologies at enterprises in the industry.
