The regional seminar "Central Asia-2050" will be held in Tashkent at the end of May. The essay collection is open


The regional foresight seminar "Central Asia-2050" will be held in Tashkent on May 27-28. It will discuss possible scenarios for the future of the region, taking into account key issues in the field of water resources, energy, climate change, demography and others.
The event is organized by the Agency for Strategic Reforms and the Institute for Strategic and Interregional Studies under the President, the International Institute of Central Asia (Uzbekistan), and the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms (Kazakhstan).
The organizers invite citizens of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan to take part in the creation of a collection of essays on the future of Central Asia. Based on the results of the selection, a book of the 100 best essays will be published.
