The US Department of State published a recommendatory list of tourist destinations, dividing countries into levels by the degree of risks for Americans.
The first group includes the most secure states, where US citizens are not threatened by terrorism, crime, civil unrest or natural disasters, and it lists more than 40 countries. One of them is Turkmenistan, which is quite natural. This group also identifies Belarus, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan.
But such destinations, traditionally popular with tourists around the world, like France, Italy, Spain, Germany and Great Britain, were in the second level group. The list of countries has a total of four levels of security.
