American technology giant Google has updated its corporate logo for the first time in ten years, as reported by the publication 9to5google.

As part of the redesign, the company has modified the letter "G" replacing the distinct color blocks with a smooth gradient. However, the recognizable Google font remains unchanged. The new version of the logo has already appeared in the Google application on the iOS operating system. However, users of Android and the web browser version are still seeing the old emblem.

The previous update to the Google logo took place on September 1, 2015. At that time, the company changed the font and replaced the lowercase letter "g" with an uppercase "G".

Notably, shortly before this, on May 6th, Google prematurely published images of the new Material 3 Expressive interface style, which will appear in the upcoming Android 16. Developers emphasize that this is the most meticulously crafted design in the history of the operating system.

The official presentation of Material 3 Expressive is expected at the annual Google I/O conference, which will be held on May 20-21. At the same event, the company also plans to introduce the new version of Android 16.

Furthermore, Google previously announced the imminent integration of its artificial intelligence technologies into iPhone devices.
