Turkmen weightlifters to participate in the World Junior Championship in Tashkent
Turkmen weightlifters will participate in the World Junior Championship, which will be held in Tashkent on June 7 – 14. National team of Turkmenistan includes the country’s champions Bunyat Rashidov (69 kg), Rustam Annaberdiyev (77 kg), Hurmat Alimbayev (85 kg) and Polina Guryeva (63 kg), the winner of IV Islamic Solidarity Games 2017 and the prize winner of Asian Championship. Coaches Ahmet Sariyev and Gurbandudry Amanov will accompany the sportsmen. Athletes from more than 50 countries will take part in the World tournament. Session of the Executive Committee of International Weightlifting Federation and regular Congress, where representatives of Turkmenistan National Federation will make presentation on the World Championship in Ashgabat in November this year, will be held during the competitions in Uzbek capital.
