Competitions in robotics were held at the International University of Oil and Gas named after Yagshygeldi Kakayev

On April 19, 2025, youth robotics competitions took place at the International University of Oil and Gas named after Yagshygeldi Kakayev. The tournament was organized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

The competition aimed to develop young people's skills in working with computer technologies, improve logical thinking, and foster creativity.

Fifty-two teams, comprising schoolchildren and students from secondary schools, educational centers, and higher education institutions across the country, participated in the competition. The robots were required to follow a "black line".

Following the results of the competitions, the 3 teams that demonstrated the best performance were recognized as winners.
