Volgograd enterprises discuss purchases of Turkmen textiles
A working meeting was held in the Volgograd Region between the heads of local light industry enterprises and representatives of Turkmenistan. Issues concerning the development of business cooperation and the procurement of cotton textile products were discussed on the platform of the Committee for Economic Policy and Development of the Volgograd Region.
The Volgograd side was represented by eight enterprises, among which the leading one is “Kamyshinsky Textile” LLC. Also interested in the purchases are a manufacturer of 5D printers and industrial equipment, outerwear, printing products, and finished textile goods.
As noted by the Regional Committee for Economic Policy and Development, the main topic of discussion during the dialogue was the expansion of trade and economic cooperation between the Volgograd Region and Turkmenistan. The meeting was held within the framework of supporting local producers in their search for foreign partners.
