The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Belgium presented a press card to journalist and expert Derya Soysal
As part of strengthening cooperation with representatives of international media, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Kingdom of Belgium presented an accreditation card to the journalist of the international publications EU Reporter and Bruxelles Korner, a researcher of relations between the European Union and Central Asia, and an expert in environmental management Derya Soysal. From this moment on, she is officially recognized as a correspondent for the Bruxelles Korner publication under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
It should be noted that Mrs. Soysal is also a member of the prestigious Diplomatic World Institute, which emphasizes her deep involvement in diplomacy and sustainable development.
Over the past few months, Derya Soysal has been actively cooperating with the diplomatic mission of Turkmenistan in Brussels. Thanks to her scientific and media appearances on academic platforms, international conferences, television and radio broadcasts, a broad understanding and recognition of Turkmenistan’s constructive foreign policy line, in particular the policy of positive neutrality, is being formed.

She demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the Central Asian region, has a broad knowledge of its historical context, culture and political processes, and professionally covers topics related to its development. Thanks to her analytical approach and precise knowledge of the material, her speeches about Turkmenistan arouse keen interest among the international audience," Maral Rakhimova, representative of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Belgium said.
In her many interviews, publications on international media and social networks, Dereya Soysal focuses on the importance of international initiatives of Turkmenistan. A special place in her activities is the promotion of ideas laid down in the concept of the International Year of Peace and Trust - 2025, proclaimed by the UN on the initiative of Turkmenistan.
Thus, the accreditation of Mrs. Soysal as a Bruxelles Korner correspondent under the foreign policy department of Turkmenistan is not only the recognition of her professionalism, but also an important contribution to the expansion of humanitarian and information dialogue between Turkmenistan and the international community.
