The Embassy of Turkmenistan participated in the regening of Bishkek
On March 22nd, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Kyrgyz Republic participated in a tree planting campaign organized by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in conjunction with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic. The event took place in the "Adinay" Park in the city of Bishkek.
The event was attended by the Ambassador of Turkmenistan, Mr. N. Gollyev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mr. Zh. Kulubaev, as well as heads of diplomatic missions and representatives of international organizations accredited in Kyrgyzstan.
Within the framework of the campaign, which was timed to coincide with the celebration of the International Day of Forests, observed annually on March 21st, 50 ash saplings and 50 oak saplings were planted.
The tree planting initiative constituted a significant contribution to the greening of the city and the improvement of the ecological environment. Participants noted the importance of such initiatives, emphasizing their long-term significance, and expressed their readiness to continue supporting similar projects in the future, as reported by the Embassy of Turkmenistan.
