The inauguration of the re-elected President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, will take place on March 25, 2025. This was announced by the Central Election Commission (CEC) of the country.

According to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the president must take the oath of office in a solemn ceremony in the presence of members of the Presidium of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly, deputies of the House of Representatives and members of the Council of the Republic, 1 as well as judges of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts.

This will be Lukashenko's seventh term as president. In the elections held on January 26th, Lukashenko received 86.82% of the vote, amounting to over 5 million votes. Sergey Syrankov took second place with 3.21% of the vote, and Oleg Gaidukevich came in third with 2.02%.
