Insizar Babanyazov: "I dream of bringing home the champion belt"

Mixed martial arts (MMA - Mixed Martial Arts) have gained immense popularity all over the world. A large number of young athletes, including those from Turkmenistan, associate their lives with this sport, successfully speaking at international tournaments. One of the rising stars of the MMA is our compatriot, 21-year-old Intizar Babaniyazov, who recently won a landmark victory over Azerbaijani competitor Kenan Jafarly in the Eagles Fighting Championship 9 in the 61 kg weight class. The student of the Belarusian State University of Physical Culture, Insizar Babanyazov, from childhood is not indifferent to the martial arts. His path to the sport, he began in 11 years with boxing, and in mixed martial arts came when he was 17. - I liked martial arts from childhood. And when I had the opportunity, I decided to try my hand in this direction," says Intizar. In mixed martial arts, he held seven professional fights, five of which he won. His rivals are experienced fighters from Azerbaijan, China, Belarus, Moldova, the Chechen Republic. One of the decisive competitions in his career will be held on November 3 - Inizar will fight with Denis Palanchik from the Republic of Moldova for the title of champion. "My dream is to bring home the champion's belt, so that my parents and friends are proud of me," says Intizar.
