Turkmen and Saudi diplomats expand a dialogue
The prospects for development of relations between Saudi Arabia and Turkmenistan were discussed today at an online meeting by diplomats and teachers of higher diplomatic schools of the two countries.
The main focus during the exchange of views was on the importance for the Central Asian region of bilateral relations between Riyadh and Ashgabat, cooperation in the economic and humanitarian areas.
Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Saudi Arabia Orazmuhammed Chariyev and Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Turkmenistan Khaled bin Faisal Al-Sahli, Rector of the Institute of International Relations of the MFA of Turkmenistan Jumamyrat Gurbangeldiyev spoke at the meeting.
The academic staff of the Saudi Institute of Diplomatic Studies named after Prince Saud al-Faisal was represented by Associate Professor of Economics Raja Al Marzouki, who made a detailed presentation on the results and opportunities of trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.
