TSU named after Magtymguly and "Güneş" Magazine announce a competition in honor of the "International Year of Peace and Trust"
To celebrate the declaration of 2025 as the "International Year of Peace and Trust", Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly and the editorial board of "Güneş" magazine, is organizing a competition for schoolchildren to write poems and articles.
The competition, titled "Külli ynsan hakyna belent maksat tutany – Türkmenistan – parahatlyk, ynanyşmak Watany!", aims to activate the creative potential of school students, nurture their patriotism and unity, and cultivate a sense of pride in their homeland and the Turkmen people.
Submissions are accepted for works that have not been previously published in mass media.
At the end of the submission, authors should include the following information: school number, grade, residential address, and home and mobile phone numbers.
Poems or articles should be sent to the "Güneş" magazine's email address: gunesh_tm@sanly.tm or to the email address of Magtymguly Turkmen State University: turkmenuniwersitetitdu@gmail.com by May 1, 2025.
The results of the contest will be published on the website of Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly in the first ten days of May.
Submissions will be evaluated based on the accurate and clear presentation of information, the correct use of artistic means, the grammatical and stylistic quality of the text, and the author's expression of their own thoughts.
Winners will be awarded valuable prizes and certificates of honor.
