President of Turkmenistan appoints new Minister of Finance and Economy

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov dismissed Serdar Jorayev from the post of Minister of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan and appointed Mammetguly Astanagulov, who previously held the position of Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy.
The head of state ratified these decrees during a government meeting held on Friday, February 7th, according to a press release issued by the national broadcasting service.
