New administrative buildings for justice authorities will be built in the cities of Turkmenbashy and Dashoguz
In order to successfully implement the tasks set in the «Program for the Development of the Adalat System of Turkmenistan for 2022-2028» and further improve the working conditions of employees of the Adalat bodies in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution.
In accordance with the document, the Ministry of Justice is authorised to design the administrative building of the Justice authorities of the city of Turkmenbashy, Balkan velayat in the city of Turkmenbashy, Balkan velayat and the administrative building of the Justice authorities of the Dashoguz velayat in the city of Dashoguz, Dashoguz velayat, with their provision with modern equipment, improvement of the adjacent territory, as well as the construction of internal and external supply engineering systems and structures for electrical, gas, communication, water supply, sewerage systems for administrative buildings and the performance of work on connecting to the citywide system.
The document requires that construction work begin in February 2025 and that the administrative buildings be fully operational in January 2027.
