President Serdar Berdimuhamedov by his decree appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Islamic Republic of Iran, Tehran, Ilyas Gayipov as Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the Economic Cooperation Organization, the TDH website reports.
