QR code will be used in election campaign leaflets for Belarusian presidential elections

In the upcoming seventh presidential elections in Belarus, scheduled for January 26, 2025, new technologies will be introduced.

This was announced by the Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Igor Karpenko, as reported by the BELTA correspondent.

A leaflet will be prepared for distribution in residential building entrances and other areas with high foot traffic. This leaflet will feature a QR code linking to candidate profiles, including biographical information in both Russian and Belarusian.

In addition, the Central Election Commission will prepare posters with general biographical information, which will be displayed at all polling stations.
