The final of the creative competition "Yylyň parlak yyldyzy" was held in Ashgabat
On December 16, the final of the singing competition "Yylyň parlak yyldyzy" ("Shining Star of the Year") was held at the National Drama Theater of Turkmenistan named after Alp Arslan.
At the beginning of the competition, the names of 10 singers were announced, for whom the jury members voted or who received the largest number of SMS messages from the public during the year on the air of the TV and radio channel "Türkmen owazy".
In the final round of the competition, which is held on the eve of the New Year holiday, young pop singers demonstrated their singing skills.
The final round of this creative competition was attended by cultural figures of Turkmenistan, artists, singers, composers, poets, laureates of the competition of previous years.
According to the terms of the competition "Ýylyň parlak ýyldyzy" ("Shining Star of the Year"), the vocalists performed two songs, one of them without musical accompaniment, so that professionals could fully appreciate the purity and beauty of each voice.
Then the ceremony of awarding young pop and amateur singers with commemorative signs of Turkmenistan "Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna" took place in accordance with the relevant Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan.
According to the results of the competition, Govher Hadzhymyradova was awarded 3rd place, Shatlyk Gurbannazarov took 2nd place, and Serdar Charyev won 1st place.
In this creative marathon, the winner and owner of the main prize "Shining Star of the Year" was Gylychdurdy Durdyev, who was solemnly presented with a challenge cup and a valuable gift on behalf of the head of state.
