The Training Center of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and the Customs Institute of Uzbekistan outlined plans for 2025
The prospects for bilateral cooperation were discussed during a meeting between the staff of the Training Center of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and representatives of the Customs Institute of the Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The meeting was held online as part of the implementation of the 2022 Memorandum of Understanding between the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of personnel training.
In particular, the parties discussed issues related to the exchange of educational technologies and teaching methods, as well as the organization of mutual courses for professional development. The application of ten-digit codes from the Harmonized System for the description and coding of goods was also discussed, along with the organization of a corresponding seminar for the staff of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan.
As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to develop an action plan for 2025 and create an annual schedule of seminars.
