Kazpost, the operator of Kazakhstan's national postal network, will begin delivering parcels to nine CIS countries.

Asel Zhanasova, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Kazpost JSC, announced this, as reported by the international information agency of Kazakhstan "Kazinform".

"Since this year, we have started providing transit transportation to the CIS countries. For example, we have a direct contract with AliExpress and Alibaba for transit to nine countries. We are ready to transport up to 500 thousand parcels daily," noted Asel Zhanasova, adding that the company earns money from transit transportation.

According to her, if the growth was 38% last year, then in the first 10 months of this year, it was 28%.

"Kazpost" also cooperates with marketplaces of both international and Kazakhstan.
