Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Islamic Republic of Iran appointed

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov appointed Ylyas Gayypov as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Islamic Republic of Iran (Tehran).

By decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Ylyas Gayypov was awarded the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
