A textbook on the “Phraseology of the Works of Magtymguly” published in Turkmenistan
A new textbook titled "Phraseology of the Works of Magtymguly" has been published in Turkmenistan by the "Ylym" publishing house. The textbook was prepared by Tagandurdy Bekjayev, a senior lecturer at the Turkmen language department of the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly. The book delves into the language and artistic structures employed by the poet in his poems. Every word and stable expression in Magtymguly’s poetry is linked to the history, national identity, and spiritual state of the Turkmen people.
By utilizing this textbook, which is based on international teaching experiences and the research of philologists and literary scholars, students will be able to study the phraseology inherent in the works of Magtymguly Fragi.
This monograph and concise phraseological dictionary of Magtymguly’s poems is intended for lecturers and students of language and literature faculties in higher education institutions, graduate students, secondary school language and literature teachers, as well as readers interested in Magtymguly’s work and the history of the Turkmen language.
