Delegation led by the governor of Mary province visited Herat province
On November 19-21, the Turkmen delegation headed by governor of Mary province Begenchmurad Orazov visited Herat province.
As part of the working visit of the delegation to Herat province, meetings were held with governor of the province Nur Ahmad Islamjar, governor of Batkhyz province Abdul Samad Javid, as well as with the heads of relevant government agencies. During the meetings, the current state and future of cooperation between the two fraternal countries were discussed. In turn, the Afghan side expressed gratitude to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, as well as National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for the assistance and comprehensive support provided by neighboring Turkmenistan.
During the working visit to Herat Province, the Turkmen delegation visited the Industrial City of Herat Province and got acquainted with the work of large enterprises there. The delegation members also visited the ancient historical and cultural monuments of Herat Province.
