Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. announces tender
Branch Office of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. in Turkmenistan announces the pre-qualification process for Tender No. CIT-24096-SR for well drilling services in the Contractual Territory "Bagtyyarlyk".
Any company interested in this tender may submit an application for participation in the tender, which must include the following documents and information:
- Brief information about the company, including company registration information.
- Information about the company's successful experience in similar conditions (drilling and cementing wells in high-pressure, high-risk, high-H2S gas fields) over the past three years.
- Information about well construction and cementing work currently underway.
- Location and current condition of the drilling rigs provided for this tender.
- Financial status of the company over the past three years.
- For local companies, a copy of the registration certificate of entry into the Union of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists of Turkmenistan must be provided.
The deadline for submitting applications is within (10) ten calendar days from the date of publication in the media. Pre-qualification documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Pre-qualification documents of interested companies must be prepared in English and Russian and submitted laced and numbered, in hermetically sealed envelopes, certified with a seal and with a cover letter (in 2 copies and a scanned version of the document in full must be included). The envelope must indicate the name of the addressee, sender, number and title of the tender.
