The development belongs to the Fromtech group of companies, which includes FROMTEK LLC and SMARTDIALOGS LLC.
By quickly integrating a voice assistant into a business of any industry and scale — from individual entrepreneurs to microenterprises — SmartDialogs helps automate interactions with clients, simplifying communications and reducing operating costs.
The platform offers ready-made templates of voice robots that have already been tested by the largest Russian companies in various industries.
The platform interface is clear and not overloaded with unnecessary details. This is done so that even untrained users can easily set up a bot.
The platform offers several tariff plans, including a basic minimum subscription that allows you to use one robot template at a time. Among the advanced tariff plans are technical support and an unlimited number of created robots. It is also possible to voice the robot with the announcer's voice.
As Alexander Tsepelev, CTO of Fromtech, shared, new scenarios are planned to be added in the future. In turn, users will be able to leave requests for the development of new templates, which will later be added to the solutions marketplace. Also, in the plans is the introduction of assistants based on generative artificial intelligence technologies, with the help of which you can create voice robots without using templates.
