The State Concern “Türkmengaz” Announces an Open Tender for the Procurement of Material and Technical Resources
From November 11 to December 23, 2024, the State Concern “Türkmengaz” will conduct Open Tender No. T/GAZ-038 for the procurement of material and technical resources. The tender includes the following lots:
Lot No. 1 – Pipes and metal products
Lot No. 2 – General plant equipment
Lot No. 5 – Auxiliary products
Applications for participation in the tender are accepted at the address: Ashgabat, Archabil Shayoly, 56, 13th floor, UKPO, State Concern “Türkmengaz.”
Companies registered or holding bank accounts in offshore zones are not eligible for participation.
To apply, participants must:
Submit a written application specifying the company's full name, legal status, country of registration, and details;
Familiarize themselves with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Work, and Provision of Services for State Needs,” as well as the tender rules;
Obtain the lot specifications, technical requirements, and main contract conditions.
Tender participants are required to receive an invoice to pay a fee of 500 (five hundred) US dollars or the equivalent in manat (excluding VAT and bank charges) for one lot to participate in the tender on a non-reimbursable basis.

Applications are accepted until 3:00 PM local time on December 23, 2024.
A sealed envelope containing the complete tender proposal (quote), stamped with a wax seal, must be delivered to the above address upon publication of this announcement. Consideration of the proposal will begin only after the funds have been credited to the account. The tender envelope must include an electronic version of the application form, main contract conditions (in Word format), and the technical and economic specification (in Excel format).
